LH-Jetronic fuel system problem 200 82

My 82 245 with B21F engine with LH-Jetronic died. Ignition system is OK (there's a spark), but there is no current to fuse 5 (in-tank fuel pump) or fuse 13 (relay fuel injection)(except turn signals and seat belt warning[also on 13] work). Appreciate suggestions on what to check next, how to find and check the relay, etc. Thanks.
