I just happened to change mine today for my first time. For the power steering, you will definitely have to loosen the ac compressor. Besides the tension screw, there are 2 bolts on the ac and one on the power steering that must be loosened. Not to bad, really. I replaced the accessory bushings while I was in there. Mine were shot.
