gearbox or rear axel problem 200 1986

i have volvo 240gl model year 1986 with b230k engine and m47 manual 5 speeds gearbox and i have a hard sound when accelerating from all speeds especially from gear 3 and 5 and this sound is associated with some vibration who is in back seat can fell it , i'm asking what could be the cause of this sound gearbox or rear axle knowing that i have changed the rear axel oil without any changes , thank you
