Another Synth oil question..last one ! 700 87

I know you are Amsoil nuts....but I am impulsive and, at this point...cheap....So, I have picked up some Mobil 1 for a complete change in my 3 Volvos....Here are the questions:

1. They offered 5-30, 10-30 and 15-30....New York/ Long Island area...I bought 10-30... (for one 760 turbo, 740 and 5 cyl.850)....Did I make the right choice in weights...there is no guide to this...

2. If, in the future I want to change to Amsoil...can I ??

3. To make the change...full oil/ filter change, then filter change at 3,000 and then oil/ filter at 7,000....Does this sound right? Then every 7,000 after?

Again, its the weights that concern me...Mobil calls their oil Tri-synthetic and then full synthetic...I hope I bought the right product. Thanks Alan
