I believe you are speaking of the SAAB APC boost contoller. So it is more of an add-on than a replacement.

1-2 hours?? I think not unless you are really fast. Not super tough, the hardest part involves drilling and taping the head for the knock sensor.

20 HP may be a bit high, but the feel is there....due mainly to the way the boost comes on and is controlled.

Will take some tweaking and tuning..
