Sounds like there's no way but to use water and wait for them to decompose enough to fit out the drains. Seems like every brick I've bought was kept in the woods, and gobs of leaves and seeds come out by on either side of the transmission hump under the dash. Maybe a piece of tubing that would fit through the vents adapted to the garden hose...or the air compressor...
