This might seem a stupid question, but here goes anyway.

I was just battling my front bushings today. The left one (big a-arm bushing) was popping every time the suspension traveled up and down. It turned out that the problem was corrosion on the A-arm shaft. I greased that shaft and put the whole thing back together and it is silent.

When I checked on the right side one, however, it was frozen to the shaft. I always grease the a-arm shafts before installing the A-arm, but should I be doing the opposite instead?
