Hiya Uncle Art,

Thank you. Yes, the rotating wiper shaft spindle thingy leaks. I've been meaning to replace a blow motor and have a new VDO blower motor awaiting install.

I had a no start some month ago, in the rain, and tugged on the wire harness that passes through the passenger side firewall bulkhead plate, dislodging the tapered grommet. I thought seated the thing as viewed from under the glovebox and in the engine bay.

Got it to work again as a connector separated.

The bulkhead plate gasket appears okay.

Else, more diabeetus, less cheesecake and fruit pies.
