I sort of need to restore by bag of adhesive pharmacopeia.

I'll check up the 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant at local vendors.

I'll guess the same on the 1990 240 DL wagon passenger side side view mirror, rotting in Warren or St. Charles county, MOe, may have done the same, tho sitting there for nearly three years,
