A bit late to the party! I have done it; but, it was not a kit. It was a home - brew installation based upon a EPS unit from a Nissan Versa. Most of the details are here starting at post #289

I am not aware of anybody offering a drop in EPS kit for the 140. The Dutch ezpowersteering guys (different from EZ steer) have done installations on 140s; but, they are custom installations done in their shop or by an authorized agent. They do have an authorized US agent so you might be able to get them to do one for you

However, once you are in to having a custom installation done for you there are other vendors who will also do custom installations. You just need to take a quick Google tour of the web to find them.
