In case you don't have it, the Volvo p/n for that rotor appears to be 657879 (ref. saabshop.cz/pdf/SKANDIX_Catalog_Volvo_P1800.pdf) and of course is no longer listed as available from the usual new part sources.
I see you're in Ontario. For possible parts sources on this side of the border, I'd reach out for a chat (toll free) with the guys at Chapman Motors here on Vancouver Island, one of the largest Volvo wrecking yards in Canada https://www.chapmanmotors.ca/rareparts.html. Their main Cobble Hill yard stocks a selection of parts for old Volvos, including the P1800 and may even have a suitable parts car with a rotor worth turning. They ship nationally as well as internationally.
They may know of a possible source for you and will also know of other customers with an interest in P1800 restoration who may be helpful. One of those people is Jamie Graham in Victoria, one of the top P1800 fanatics in Canada. He's been featured in a number of auto magazine and website articles. If you're a member of Volvo Forums you can find his profile and start a chat with him there. You can probably also find him as a member on other old Volvo groups. You could also try searching for an old P1800 ad of his with contact info.
{Edit: I see Eric has given you some good advice. Parts for a conversion can also be discussed with the above sources)
