Diffeences in Bosch Ignition Control Units for Earlier 240's ? 200

Does anyone know the differences and/or interchangeability in the Bosch ignition control units used in the earlier 240's, like with B21F motors ? My 1980 was listed as using a Bosch 0227100005.I have seen here on the forum that the Bosch Bosch 0227100016 interchanges with the Bosch 0227100005. Now, I have come across a Bosch 0227100018. How does that one fit into the equation ?
