1991 240 Power windows won’t work 200 1991

I do have the 91 manual. To emphasize Dave's advice, thoroughly test every combination of up/down, passenger and back seat switches carefully noting what works and doesn't. This will do wonders by directing you to the location of the trouble minus the guessing.

I'll add some advice of my own: The window lift relay is bulletproof, a metal cube relay, and buried behind the center vents -- not your first choice as a suspect. And I stress checking for power at the fuse terminals while operating the driver's door switch, for example. See that 12V using a test light or a meter gets to the right-hand fuse terminal before tearing anything else apart.
