Rear Side Window Seals 1800 1970

While the rest of my window seals are in good shape, those on the small, rear side windows are dry and cracking. What's the procedure for replacing them and are replacements available? I see there's a set on eBay at the moment, but they're listed for a 1964 1800. Would they work on my '70?
