1990 740 turbo, oil leak at fitting. 700 1990

there are two fittings, 22mm, that are on the housing that holds the oil filter. Connecting oil lines from turbo. One of them leaks. Question, should either of these fittings have washers? They don't currently have washers. Do the threads ever wear out? Is this part sold anywhere?

this model uses the mitsu turbo

thanks in advance.

the leak is so bad that the oil runs back and get's on the cat converter, and smokes pretty good....
