PV544 - Exhaust Repair Question 444-544

Hi all,

Unexpectedly, the exhaust pipe that bolts to the exhaust manifold cracked (right below the flange that bolts to the manifold). It's handing on, but super loud.

My question:

There's not much room to work - any special tips or suggestions on removing those bolts without snapping them? I've started soaking with WD40, maybe upgrade to liquid wrench.

Anyone try a repair? It's hard as it's not a crack mid pipe, so I'm doubtful it would hold, but I thought I'd ask.

Thanks,
Chris
