Front seal installation on 1993 940 900

Hi all,
I had a few questions regarding installing the front seals on the 940 red block. I will be using original Volvo seals.

1.) Are there specific tools available (such as from Volvo) or is there a kit available that will work.
2.) What assembly lube is best. Is there a grease that can be used so that the spring does not fly out of the seal when it is installed?
