Thank you for all the input. Turned out to be a combination of a few things:
1) I definitely didn't tighten up the upper shock mounting bolts enough. I guess I failed to realize that there was a nut on the other side, so I ended up backing it off when I tightened the nut down. This was the big source.
2) Torque rod bushings were also shot. Those are replace and all is well.
