Exhaust manifold down pipe / Answer 444-544

No, they won't line up and the B16 pipe might be larger than the B14.

A good muffler shop should be able to cut and weld to make the early B14 front pipe line up.

But if the B14 pipe is smaller, it's not a good idea to go smaller to larger front to back. In fact most exhaust systems do the opposite going slightly smaller in diameter as the exhaust pipe goes to the rear.
