do all 240's have headlight relays? 200

All 240's made from 1975-1993 have a headlight relay under the hood.

The later 240's do have a relay on the fuse/relay panel behind the center console, but that is a light system relay and I am not referring to the bulb integrity relay. Those cars still have a headlight relay under the dash

Whether the stock headlight relay can handle your intended electrical load, I can't tell you.
