Hi,

I had a Bosch pump on a 240 leak from the body at about the rate you describe.

It turned out to be the FPR which didn't seem to be regulating at all. The return line to the tank was dry and unrestricted.

Other symptoms were that the pump was quite warm at idle and made more noise than was usual.
