Radiator stays pressurized. S90-V90

I have had two coolant leaks on our 98 S90 that were difficult to track down. One was the blue/green coolant cap. It never showed signs of leaking but the coolant reservoir would get lower and lower. The cap was cheap, I bought an exact replacement at NAPA and it solved that problem. The other was a heater hose clamp that was seeping behind the head on the passenger's side. It was difficult to see but that leaked without being seen as well.

A pressurized radiator could be as simple as a bad rad cap.
