Hearing test 200

I am going to inject a note in between you two fellows that I noticed this is the same poster way down below.

The car he was going to take is a 1990 wagon. So there should be a hum of the pump, right?
The mechanic says he checked and found power. Some long leads on a meter to someplace?
The trick of the hammer fix was probably not tried by anyone.

Again the owner started the doubts with me and I should have left this post alone.
Still nothing out of the owner.
