Fuel pump cut out, I think.. 200 1987

Ok, I cleaned and checked fuse 25a, no problem there. The fuel, regulator doesn't leak on the front side and I do get gas coming in from the fuel, line(I pulled it and cranked). Do know how much though. Enough to soak the rag. Remember that I can get both pumps running by jumping at 4and 6,
But I don't hear the constant hum of one pump (intank?) that I did when it ran well.
Also,I broke the plastic flame trap housing that had 3 tubes connected to it.mmust this be replaced
Before trying to fix the pump issue? And is this a good replacement and source?

Thanks!
