DOH! Should the headlights come on 92' 240 when brake pedal pushed?!?!?!?

As others have said - your problem is most likely grounds.

The grounding system is where all circuits come together.

One quick fix - actually a decent troubleshooting step - is to add some extra grounds.

If you do that one at a time and check your devices in between, you may actually find the fault!

Multiple items seldom go bad all at once - and a bad device does not cause other things to work.
