940T Nissen Radiator trans cooler tubes misaligned! 900 1995

Jerryc - thanks for that explanation & timely response. I was just thinking about asking that very question - what's the difference between N/A and Turbo radiators. From what I see in the pictures at Rock Auto the trans cooler fittings on the N/A radiator match my car. I will gladly sacrifice the additional volume of coolant for a radiator that does not preload the trans tubes.

Thanks also for the heads-up on securing the temp sensor plug. My existing radiator has a metal plug with recessed hex shape - might even be threaded. I'll make sure the plug in new one is secured.

Main reason I'm even replacing the radiator is my teenagers are the prime drivers of this car. The current one seeps at the plastic end tanks. I don't know if the tanks would fail completely losing all coolant, but if so my kids may not respond quickly/correctly to avoid killing the engine...
