Crank no start getting gas and spark-abnormal hissing sound by Fuel Pressure Regulator 200 1990

My 245 died while driving. Running fine before that. Now a crank no start. It is getting spark and gas. There was a hissing noise by Fuel Pressure Regulator so I replaced FPR but no change and still hisses. Sounds like an air leak but don't detect any air blow by. No gas leaks on fuel system.

No fault codes are showing up for fuel system-i.e no blinking lights which is not helping me. Wonder why no blinking lights on fuel side, The ignition system has no faults blinks 1-1-1. Without fault codes now I am throwing darts in the dark. Any ideas before I take to shop? Thx
