Rebuilding brake calipers 200 1982

Humm... the two calipers I just put in have brake silicone grease around the pistons and under the dust covers. These calipers were stored too long and pistons were jammed a little too hard to me. So I took them apart and re-assembled everything. Could have worked loose once in place but I did not take any chance.

Do you have information or a link about the silicone lubricant chemical reaction and dot4 brake fluid ?

Thanks everyone for your replies. I will try to post my bulldozer method for pushing out frozen caliper pistons. I need to take pictures.
