LH 2.4 or 3.1? If it is an automatic and in North America it is LH 2.4.

A number of things can cause a no start situation in low temperatures but a better description will help. Does it crank normal but not even try to fire? Does it crank normally and kind pop a little but won't start? Does it not crank at all?

Do you have the fuses on the positive battery cable?
