Not related to re-start, but to your daughter driving the car again. If the windshield was broken, someone knowledgable should do a careful check of the structural integrity of the roof supports. You wanna be damn sure no structural damage was done before you put her back in it. That way she's as safe as she can be for the 'next' roll....should it occur.
