ignition problems 200

1993 240 died a few nights ago while idling at a light. My son got it pushed off the road a few miles from home. It cranks but doesn't turn over. There's no spark. Fuel relay sounds good. The same thing happened a few months ago and I replaced the ignition control module with one that I had at home and that cured it (the used module had 200k on it). So I figured that maybe the old replacement that I used had given up. Anyway, I ordered a new KAE module which I put in. It fired up and sputtered (it had to have sparked) then went right back to cranking with no spark. I immediately replaced the coil with a spare that I had. Still no spark. I replaced the cps when I bought it about 18 months ago. I did notice that the terminals on the female connection for the ignition control module are blue and green with corrosion. I worked on it for about 25 minutes then left because my fingers were numb. The NY winter doesn't want to quit. I'm going back out with some contact cleaner spray and a teensy screw driver to try and clean the terminals. Any other thoughts?
