Lack of and loss of heat 900 2004

I have a '93 940, and it will do this if the coolant is low.

I had a failing radiator last year, and when the coolant would leak out, I would lose interior heat. Filling it back up, then revving the engine (there's an air bubble that you have to push out) would fix it for me. Until it leaked out again. (New radiator fixed that...)
