Why not get OEM Volvo today? 29$ from Tasca + ship 200

Is the OEM of today no longer any good? Is it not Gemco any longer? 29$ from Tasca if you mean to order online, why not Tasca?

Here at http://www.tascaparts.com/parts/index.cfm?searchText=1377669&make=Volvo&action=oePartSearch&siteid=213668

For the M47 240 clutch cable kit PN 1377669.

I dunno about other manual transmissions cables on 240/260 if they vary by transmission models other than M47.

Just don't be putting that old Ford Type F like it says in the owner manual in that M47; synthetic or not. Get the Volvo manual transmission gear lube oil, Volvo PN 1161645. Or you can use the Redline MTL, whatever the website chooser indicates. You'll just have to change it every so often. Maybe every 50k miles or so if the MTL, so says current consensus. See at http://www.tascaparts.com/parts/index.cfm?make=Volvo&year=1992&model=240&submodel=Base&searchText=1161645&action=oePartSearch&siteid=213668.

cheers,

dud.
