Are all the Gemo clutch cables gone? 200



This is the cable you want, right?





I am more confused than ever on this item. The one above is what I have always expected Gemo to look like. The ipd cable they are calling Gemo looks like what I refer to as the Sachs style cable. Most of the aftermarket cables I see online look the same as ipd's.

I actually have a genuine Sachs cable on my '89. It was a bitch to install but it works fine. I can't attest to other aftermarket quality.

Like you, I really prefer the Gemo, or at least the Gemo as pictured above.

I'm thinking your junkyard idea probably is your best bet.
