Autozone has internally regulated alt! 120-130

Hello matt b,

I don't trust their system either... I've replaced several batteries over the years- and not once was my purchase saved in the system. My info was... I just so happened that the regional manager had been in the shop a few times when I had bought batteries and he okayed the swap.. otherwise I would have be coming out of pocket.

I originally asked for an alt of an 86 El Camino...

The alt is more expensive than the delco for sure, but it has a lifetime warranty; and I have all the bits to mount it up. I was tempted to go even cheaper for the 55 amp @ under $40. to save on the overall upgrade to pertronix, but I happy enough. The down side is the the lack of a pulley and fan. The must be a generic pulley/kit I can adapt. The link is below.
