Looks good, SB. Several months after cutting my airbox, I have noticed not the slightest problem in airflow, heat, or cooling. I think anybody who has the hard lines of the late model 240 evaporators, and does not have a machine to recover the refrigerant, would do best to cut the box. It turns a very very intimidating project into something more manageable, and shorter.
