Rear Suspension - Coil Springs, Shocks 200 1983

Sagging rear end of 245 wagon - I have purchased heavy duty IPD springs and KYB gas a just shocks. Can anyone give me advice as far as the complexity of this job? My understanding is that I will not need a spring compressor.

Would appreciate any help as far as the complexity of the job I am facing. Specifically, where do you jack the rear of the car up ? Was planning to jack up the back of the car using the bellhousing at the rear end; The Bentley manual however says you need to use this as a jackpoint once you already have the car in the air, to take the weight off the springs, so you can remove them.

thank you
