possible low oil pressure 200 1983

I am a bit confused by the temp gauge reading is bars as that is a measure of pressure (2.5 bar is about 45 psi). So you are either talking about the tick marks on the oil temp gauge or you are talking about the pressure in bar.

Lets assume it is pressure (as your title says and not the text) you are worried about. If so, it is LIKELY that the wiring to the pressure sender near the oil filter is damaged or the sender itself is faulty/damaged. The only way to know for sure is thread a mecahnical pressure gauge into the hole the sender is in.
