I'll cut you some slack since this is your first post, welcome aboard! More information is needed when you post with a problem like this. It appears that you replaced the fan motor, but did you also replace or resistively test the fan resistor that is inside the blower housing? What method did you use, was it "chainsaw" or full dis assembly? Did you also test the fan speed switch? Is the fan running at all now? Did it run at all before fan motor replacement?

Finally, did you keep track of the ground wiring connections to the bolts that go into the floor to mount the fan housing? That one bit me quite a while ago.

More info upfront results in more accurate responses.
