Power window keeps blowing fuse. 200 1991

Given the clue your fuse blows immediately when turning on the key, I know you are talking about fuse 12, not fuse 10. Also on 12 are the A/C compressor (try turning off the snowflake switch) and the rear window defroster (unlikely unless you have a wagon with a bad hinge harness AND a defective defroster timer).

The AC clutch wire has worn through from vibration to give me that symptom once, and remind me the Swedish engineers thought if you can't roll down the windows, why bother giving you A/C. :)
