seafoam in a 960? 900

I'm considering running seafoam through my old 960. Its got 180K on the clock and idles a bit rough for a b6304. Plus it has alot of miles so could probably use a good douching. Now, i've never done it before so i am looking on advice as to whats the best way to do it. Should i go thru the brake booster vacuumm line, dump it in the gas tank, or put it in with oil? How do i do whatever the best procedure is? Like i said i've never done it before so i'd appreciate all the help i can get.
