Should I replace solid motor mounts with hydraulic ones?? 700 1986

For what its worth my 87 has hydraulic mounts, and I still get vibrations. Before , and after changing them. I never have been able to figure out the source of the vibration.
If the mounts you have kept the vibs away for 4 years, maybe the answer is to get a better quality mount(not scantech), instead of changing to a different type. Besides, I have regular(non hydrualic) mounts in my 240 and they work just fine keeping vibs away.
Just my opinion.

In my 740(250,000 miles) above idle, the vibration is soon forgotten.

Good luck.

Larue
