Thank you thank you, thank you! I now have several sources which advertise exactly what I need. Expensive, but just what is needed. I was coming back to the same rockauto site which did not have calipers for a 67 in my own searches.

Walrus3, no, it is not the hose because the third caliper, the larger inner one, moves freely in. If there were a hydraulic restriction, that piston would have shown the greatest resistance. Pretty sure it is corrosion on my two small outer pistons. Besides, I have the cool metal braid hoses from IPD.

By the way, I have had 122S Volvos continuously since the 1960s, and this is the first caliper rebuild, so I count myself lucky.
