A loose bolt on the pump mount was causing motion of the pump everytime I moved the steering wheel. Finally, my brother notice it when we were doing other maintenance tasks together. The bolt was tighten and the pump is firmly secure now. The result was a small seep at the pump on the large 22mm nut that connect the pressure hose to the pump. When we tried to tight, at first, the 17mm bolt was seized, so we only tight the 22mm and pour some penetrant to the 17mm with no success. Small leak persist from the same place, by the way, it was the caused of the A/C compressor seals went damage. The next day we were able to loose the 17 mm nut and we thought we fix the problem by tightening both as they have to be. Now the leak is less but still there, from the same place, specially when I check it at mornings. Now I try to keep the area clean to avoid the fluid gets into the A/C compressor. I need to know if there is a copper washer missing at the 22mm nut, or and O'Ring. Is there a small repair kit that brings those parts for the Saginaw pump? I dont think I have to get complicated removing the pump and rebuilding it with a repair kit and beside that, all the repair kits I have seen are for other pumps. Pump looks and works great except for that seep. Need some advice if I can fix the leak without replacing the pressure hose too, which maybe is damaged at the flange. I dont know yet. Tomorrow Im going to my brother's place to check the hose end, also I was told the 22mm nut is a conical nut, we are going to take a look at both and give it another try.
