I don't find that SFO (if you mean San Francisco) has gone to the dogs. How do you propose that we keep panhandlers off the street, by the way? You can only charge a guy with so much for hanging out on a street corner asking for money, and in many cases, it really isn't against the law unless other things are going on....

SFO is a relatively safe city. The worst that most will encounter is a thief smashing in their car window to steal the stereo.
