Low power, hesitates when cold 200 1984

After first starting the car when it has been sitting for a while, it hesitates when I try to accelerate as if the clutch is slipping. Giving it more gas will cause it to lurch forward. This mainly happens in first and second gear. As for third and fourth gear, it doesn't seem to have the power to accelerate as much as it does once warmed up. I floor the accelerator but the thing just doesn't want to go faster. These issues are worse in the winter time. But once warmed up, it runs just fine.

It's a non-turbo, by the way.

It has new Bosch plugs and wires. All vacuum hoses seem fine. I haven't checked the air intake hose yet but my vacuum (fuel economy) gauge seems to indicate normal vacuum. The AMM is not the original but has quite a number of years and miles on it. Likewise for the fuel pump. I always use high-octane fuel.

I had a new timing belt professionally installed recently.

The transmission fluid was changed last year. The rear axle fluid hasn't been changed in, well, maybe never. Could that be an issue?

Anything else to look for?
