Alex,

Have you tried calling us about any of these parts that you had a hard time finding on the website?

I will attest that the website can be confusing, and addressing it's complexity is in the works. I apologize that you have had a hard time communicating with us.

We are making new efforts to better communicate with our customer base, and the general community. I hope to smash that barrier.
