2 stroke 200

Harry,

For the design going to Bonneville I am going to (I honestly can not believe that I am saying this!) mount the motor sideways.... but in the back and have a half shaft connected to each end of the crank. VERY DIRECT drive. With that setup I will need to spin just over 3000 rpm. Although I will probably get taller and skinnier tires and wheels to drop that RPM even more.

That is as far as I got. Most of my time now is spent investigating super critical (~450 deg f WATER flashes to steam as soon as you have a pressure drop, i.e. once injected into a cylinder) or a super heated (expands 100% of the water to steam) setups.

Any thoughts?

Andrew
