Steam is not a joke. Steam made a car go over 120mph. Steam carried locomotives across this fine land, spurring the industrial revolution.

Steam is not a toy. It is not for those who don't understand it's potential, beit useful potential, or danger.

Might as well hand a 5 year old kid a few pounds of dynamite, some fuse, and a few boxes of matches. with lighters to set off the matches.

There are British folks who know their stuff. There are Americans qualified to challenge the British efforts should the need or desire come up.

Converting a Volvo 240 to steam? With a B21?

Even if you created something that worked (which you won't), they wouldn't allow you to participate due to safety concerns. I sure wouldn't.
