Just got an 89 764ti, have Q's?? 700 1989

Car is a beauty with only 143k on it and in really nice shape in and out, black car with grey leather and loaded of course... Have q's about it's systems. It has a 007 amm and all the other T cars i've had utilized the 016 amm, what does this mean in terms of engine management. Also there is no OBD 1 or 2 on it. Have noticed a 4 prong female connector on the engine, is this how diags are performed on the car, is it a dealer only diag port? Also it is a turbo+ car giving it 180hp, only at high driving speeds, is this troublesome on these cars?.. In the past i had an 87 764ti and it was more of a stsndard type car.. The 89 also has the Multi-link Nivomat shock rear, seems fairly sturdy...
